Atmospheric Scence

The science which gives the structure,composition of gases,information and importance of atmospher is called atmospheric science.The earth is surrounded by the mixture of gases by means of air is called atmosphere.In real the air is invisible and we can just feel it.In atmosphere there are some principle gases.They are Oxygen and Nitrogen.Also there are few other gases like Water vapour,Carbondioxide,Neon,Helium,Hydrogen,ozone and so on.In atmosphere the amount of Nitrogen is 78% and the amount of Oxygen is 21%.Remaining 1% consists of other gases.We accept Oxygen from air and give out Carbondioxide.Green plants accept Carbondioxide and give up oxygen in the process of photosynthesis.In atmosphere there are found various particles.Nowadays the atmosphere is polluted by the man's activities.The smoke coAming out of the factory,industries and vehicles make the atmosphere polluted.Now the people cut down the trees for various purposes.Because of this the amount of useful Oxygen gas is decreasing and the amount of carbondioxide gas is increasing which is not important for human beings.It damages the balances of different gases in the atmosphere.If it does continuously then we must face difficult situation in the future.Hence the people of this world must think seriously about the balances of the atmosphere. Structure of Atmosphere:According to the different in temperature the atmosphere is divided into four layers.These layers are Troposphere Stratosphere Mesosphere Thermosphere. Troposphere:First of all we live in the troposphere layer.one layer of the atmosphere which closest to the earth is called troposphere.The temperature of this layer decreases as height is increasing.Nearly 75% of the atmosphere of earth lie in the troposphere layer.All the weather condition of the earth like most clouds,rain and snow take place in this layer. Stratosphere:The sphere which is extended from tropopause abou 50 kilometres above the surface of the earth called stratosphere.The ozone layer lie in the stratosphere.Ozone takes the ultraviolet radiatio from sun.In some amount the moisture presents into this layer so most of clouds are rare. Mesosphere:About 80 kilometres above the earth the layer is extended from the stratosphere called mesosphere.According to the altitude the temperature of this layer decreases.Specially strong wind blow happens in this layer during the winter. Thermosphere:The upper layer of the atmosphere of the earth called thermosphere.At the mesosphere it starts and continues into the outer surface.The thermosphere is divided into two layers.one is lower layer where the oxygen molecules are found in the form of atom.The another is outer layer where the Hydrogen and Helium are found.
