The branch of science which explains the benifit,effects and research of health problems of the people is called health science.We have already known about "Health is Wealth".Healthy man is happy and he can earn wealth.An unhealthy man can not be happy.A healthy man is also bold confident.He does his work with very easily and get success in his life.Healthy man can work better and harder and he does not lost his hearth.But unhealthy man is timid so he can not do any difficult work.He can not get success in his life .Also he has no strength of mind.Many things are necessary for keeping good health.First we need pure air.Then we also need clean drinking water.We need good food.We must do physical exercise for better health and rest for good health.Dirty water is the main source of many diseases.The another important thing for better health is balanced diet.We must use plenty of milk,eggs,green vegetables,fish and fruits in our daily life for good health.Physical exercise plays vital role for health.The health science tells us important fact that is "prevention is better than cure. For the development of the country depends on the health of the people.so there is the great scope of health of people.Health science provides the health education.With the help of health education people should be taught how to be healthy.Health educaion should be introduced in the shools.Then the cildren know the importance of health and they can be happy.Health education encourages the hospitals and health posts for the treatment of health problems.The hospitals has great scope at the time of emergency,accidents etc.At the time of accidents and emergency the hospital saves the life of the people.In hospitals there must be well management of doctors,nurses,health assistances,compounders and stocks of medicine for treatment.By the health science most of the health orgnisation give the introductions of many diseases and idea for how to control these diseases.Also health science participates the community health educations.The community health education gives the discovery of diseases.
